Payment Methods:


Our site is secure, although we do not hold your card information and you will be redirected to the secure Payfast entry to complete your purchase.

 

We accept the following payment methods:

 

Telephonic or Request via Email.

Credit Card [Visa or Mastercard] – you will be redirected to a secure site in order to complete the payment process.
Immediate EFT – you will be redirected to a secure site, & in-turn to your own bank’s online site to complete the payment process.
EFT – You will be provided with Camping Delight banking details in order to make a deposit.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will not hesitate to refund or exchange the item of purchase.


Refunds or returns can only be considered under the following conditions:


  1. In the event of products delivered that does not match the description or specifications listed on our website products can be returned for a refund provided that the following criteria has been met.

  2. It is reported within 5 working days to sales@camping-delight.com
    Item is returned with original packaging and unused. Packaging is not damaged.

  3. Items delivered was damaged or broken.

  4. Items delivered must match the description listed on our website / receipt.

  5. Damages and reason for rejecting delivery should clearly be marked on the courier waybill.

  6. Refunds will only be administered as soon as the damaged goods has been collected and inspected.

  7. All guarantee and warrantees are held with the supplier or manufactures of said items.

  8. Guarantee and warrantee claims will be handled according to each manufacturer or supplier’s own policy.

  9. In the event of accepting delivery from the courier company, the waybill should be clearly marked (endorsed) that packaging was damaged when signing acceptance of the delivery. Goods should immediately be inspected for damages. Any damages should be reported within 5 working days to sales@camping-delight.com

  10. Any guarantee or warrantee claims should be submitted in writing to Camping Delight at sales@camping-delight.com for assistance in logging the claim within the guarantee or warrantee period of claimed product.

  11. Any amounts refunded will exclude shipping costs. In the event of Free shipping provided, the actual shipping costs will be invoiced separately.

  12. Refunds/exchanges will only be processed within 3-10 working days from which goods have been received back by Camping Delight.

  13. Any damages or loss to products during shipping will be for the expense of the client (unless the collection has been done by Camping Delight.

  14. Certain items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

  15. Non-refundable/returnable items will be clearly marked.


For all the above returns or exchanges we reserve the right to receive and inspect products to validate claims before processing refunds or exchanges.
